  •  1 chopped onion
  •  1 chopped leek
  •  half potato
  •  1 carrot cut
  •  500 ml. vegetable broth
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Lucas Oil EVOO

Elaboration

The first thing is to put a splash of EVOO in a pot and put the onion, the leek and cook for a couple of minutes at medium temperature. Then we add the potato, the carrot, and stir and let cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chard and cook them for a couple of minutes and then add the vegetable broth, salt, pepper and once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it cook for a quarter of an hour.
